Very nice people who are helpful. Believe the owner is a vet. Lots of good stuff here. Standard hardware and some housewares and gifts. Grill experts I think? It's the place to get that big green egg. Good mix of older and younger people to help you lift something or give you experienced advice. Customer rewards program which helps them compete on price with international conglomerated chains who offer little to no service and poor knowledge. They don't have everything, but they have a lot so I usually try them first. They do cut glass and you can call ahead unlike the big boys where you have to ferret someone out of hiding before 4pm and be there in person

I love shopping local at brownsboro hardware. They stock some of the best products like Benjamin Moore paint and big green egg products. The staff is always eager to help with any questions. 5 stars.

Awesome Weber Grill. Great pricing and free delivery. The grill is really nice, took guys over two hours to set up & get going. This is my 3rd Weber from Brownsboro, everyone was very polite & helpful from ordering with Doug to the install guys. Fantastic!

Doug is the man! Great service and products. He helped me pick out a new grill after my old one got trashed by a storm. Didn't try to upsell me - just needed something to cook food and last a long time. Same prices as the big box stores with the extra touch of free delivery and haul-a-way. Shop local, buy local. There aren't too many gems like this left.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and goes the extra steps to help you. They will find the items you need and explain what and how the item performs. I love that they willingly carry heavy items to your vehicle. My great experience today is that they delivered a grill I purchased, fully assembled and took away my old grill FREE OF CHARGE. The extra mile of care was the natural gas grill quick connect adapter we had was too large for the new grill. No Problem, they sent a technician the same afternoon and replaced it that so that in the evening, I was barbecuing chicken. Thanks to my Brownsboro Hardware family.

Had a leaking bathtub faucet from a house built in the early 90s. Big box stores didn’t have the pieces needed for the repair but multiple available at Brownsboro Hardware. Knowledgable staff talked me through exactly what pieces I needed and how to ensure I corrected the culprit components based on pictures on my phone. Tremendously appreciate the know how in addition to the pieces to get the job done.

Thank you Brownsboro Hardware and especially Cayman. I’ve had a Weber Smokefire since the beginning. Pre purchased it before they were available for retail and have loved it but yesterday when I started it for our family BBQ I got the dreaded motor failure error 😩. Having been looking to possibly update I knew what I wanted but where to find one on a holiday? Most places being closed calling around to unanswered phones I finally found Brownsboro Hardware. I would have completely understand if no one was open but they were. For when things happen they’re there. Cayman checked to ensure what they had was in stock and had it put together by when he said he would. I had just enough time to get my other cooking start drive up there from Bardstown and they gladly helped me load it and get it strapped down. Got it home did the update and burn-in to throw 6 racks of BB ribs on for 4 hours before cranking up the heat for wings and being ready to feed everyone by 7. What a day but it all came out perfect thanks to the great people at this local store. Thank you!
